Ownership and insourcing
The code and the skills stay with the startup
The code belongs to the startup, without exception. The team works in the startup’s repositories and tools, under a non-disclosure agreement.
When the startup brings work in-house, Try & Hire makes it possible to hire the key consultants, and knowledge transfer to the internal team is organised at the end of the assignment.
