Personal data
The data submitted through the "Share your need" form (name, company, contact details, description of the need) is collected by Neoshore for the sole purpose of handling and responding to your request. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
This data is intended for the Neoshore internal teams responsible for handling requests. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, then archived for a maximum of three years from the last contact.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to info@neoshore.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or the CNIL (France).
Cookies
A cookie is a file placed on your device when you visit a website. This site uses two categories of tracker:
- Strictly necessary cookies — Required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. They do not require your consent. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for six months, after which you are asked again.
