At Neoshore, an IT consulting firm, consultants are employees of the firm. They work in Data & AI, Cloud & DevOps or Development, placed within a client’s teams or in a dedicated team from the centres of excellence. An account manager remains their point of contact throughout the assignment.

Employee status
Consultants are employees of Neoshore, which signs the service contract with the client. The consultant has no self-employed status to manage and no invoicing to handle.
Placement assignments
Within a client’s team, on site or hybrid, for the duration of a project. An account manager remains the consultant’s point of contact during the assignment.
Dedicated teams
In a team built for a single client, from Tunisia, Mauritius or Madagascar, with that client’s tools and methods.
